Founded in 1973 by Bob and Margaret Milligan, Milligan Heating & Cooling Ltd. has proudly served our local community for over 50 years. Our family-owned business is built on a legacy of integrity, reliability and high quality service.

Our licensed technicians specialize in gas, propane, oil, and refrigeration, giving us the expertise to handle every job from start to finish. We believe in the work we do, which is why we stand behind every product we install and service everything we sell.

Bob & Margaret Milligan

Bob started his HVAC business in 1973, repairing and replacing oil furnaces. His wife Margaret, left her existing job to manage the bookkeeping and office, and raise their two children. From the beginning, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship helped establish the foundation for Milligan Heating and Cooling Ltd.’s success. As the business grew, employees were hired, and the company expanded its services to include the supply and installation of a full range of heating and cooling equipment. In their spare time, Bob and Margaret run a family farm and enjoy spending time with their four grandchildren.

Andrew Milligan

Andrew’s involvement in the family business started early, as he worked with his Dad on and off while completing university. Eventually he decided to pursue his heating and air conditioning licenses and soon joined the family business. He lives on the farm where the business is located, with his wife and two daughters. Andrew and his team continue to deliver the honest, reliable and high quality service that Milligan Heating & Cooling Ltd. has become known for, while also providing up to date expertise on the new innovative technology available in the HVAC industry.
